Welcome to the Kelly White Hair Experience here are a few things you should know when booking your services. 
 
Customer Etiquette. 
Only Clients being serviced are allowed in the salon. (no extra people please)
If you are feeling sick in anyway,please reschedule your appointment immediately.  
Please keep your personal phone conversation personal as this is your time and the time of others to relax, we ask that you respect everyone's personal time and privacy.

 Deposits/Payment
Deposits are REQUIRED before Appointment can be set, this deposit is non refundable. Once appointment is set the deposit is used as a credit toward your final total. Failure to pay deposit within the time of inquiry could be subject to appointment unavailability due to first come first served 

Late Arrivals/No Show, Cancellations. 
You're allowed a 15 min grace period for your appointment via call or text. Anything after 15 mins or no communication will result in a No show/ Late cancellation charge of 100%.

Credit Cards are REQUIRED for securing appointments as No-Show/Late Cancellation will be charged the full amount of service, should your card decline and is unable to process payment. You will not be able to book another appointment until prior balance is paid in full.  

Second offense will result in full payment being required before service is rendered. 

Purchase and Service
All sales are Final for Services and Products, if you are having challenges with your cut or color you have a 24 hr grace period for a redo, the redo policy doesn't cover a change in color or style & a fee will be applied as necessary. This is for minor touch ups,not changed minds.

Consultations are required for ALL Chemical services which includes a 48 hour observation strand and patch test. 
 
All forms must be signed and accurate before services can be rendered. 
 
Right to refuse service 
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, should  your services become discontinued payments should be applied immediately.
 
All Salon Policies are Final. No Exceptions
